Lost & Damaged Goods

In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately either by e-mail enquiries@offcasey.net, in writing, or by phone 0161 330 8133. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of products received damaged or faulty please retain the product and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the product to be exchanged or we will provide a full refund of the cost of the product.

Returns

Off Casey is committed to providing the best customer service, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused product/s with a completed returns form(link to pdf) to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. On receipt of unused products we will issue a refund (this will not include the cost of delivery). Please include copy of the receipt and a fully completed returns note. Any products returned to us that have been stained by any material inflicted on the textile whilst being tried on or have been damaged by you on receipt cannot be refunded. The product is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you use a service that insures the continued the value of the product.
