Fire at Offcasey warehouse

UPDATED FRIDAY 2nd JANUARY

Last week there was a serious fire in our warehouse in Greater Manchester, destroying some stock. As a result we temporality suspended buying and paying for goods on the Offcasey.com website whilst we asses the impact on current orders.

I can't pay for items I've won

We had suspended payment so you don't pay for goods we do not have available. We have now assessed which stock is unavailable, and have automatically remove those from your shopping basket - we are sorry if this has caused an inconvenience. Have a look around, there may be similar items now available

I've paid for some items, what happens?

We will try and fulfil your order. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a full refund for those items.

When can I buy items again?

Update: you can now shop again. We are working hard to get as much stock on the website as possible!
